Job Description
AI Full Stack Engineer (Automation & Agents) - Remote
Solutis Tecnologias is seeking a highly qualified Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in developing AI-powered applications and automation systems. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies, the ability to architect scalable solutions, and experience integrating systems using SDKs, working within a cross-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Full Stack Engineering
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications, including back-end development.
- Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to architectural decisions for new and existing applications.
- Implement MCPs, Agents, APIs, SDKs, and services that support scalable system integration.
AI and Automation Development
- Create, design, and implement automation systems to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency across platforms.
- Develop AI-based features, models, or integrations to enhance product capabilities and automation outcomes.
- Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot issues in automated systems, ensuring reliable and stable operation.
Required Competencies and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with strong proficiency in front-end and back-end frameworks (e.g., Python, AWS, Azure, Java, or similar).
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies such as model integration, AI APIs, LLM tools, and machine learning pipelines.
- Experience using AI for productivity and efficiency through intelligent components.
- Hands-on experience building MCPs and Agents is essential.
- Strong understanding of automation systems, workflow orchestration, and system integration.
- Experience with SDK-based integrations.
- Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services).
- Ability to debug complex systems and deliver resilient, scalable solutions.
