Your Mission
If you love convincing people and driving digital solutions forward, you are a perfect fit for our team. In the role of Account Manager, you will actively shape our growth and serve as a bridge between our clients and our expert team, whether working remotely or in the office.
Your Responsibilities
- Sell our digital services and solutions such as E-Commerce, custom software development, design, and AI automation.
- Targeted acquisition of new clients and expanding existing business relationships.
- Maintain and nurture long-term partnerships with existing customers.
- Manage the entire sales process from proposal creation to implementation.
- Collaborate with internal teams including project management, development, and design.
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training or a comparable degree.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, ideally in the digital or IT sector.
- Understanding of digital business models, web technologies, or E-Commerce is a plus.
- Structured, goal-oriented work style with a knack for customer needs analysis.
- Strong communication, negotiation skills and a passion for people.
