Position Overview: Quality Control Specialist

With surging demand for renewable energy, Solstice is poised for significant scale. As such, we are seeking a detail-oriented, efficient, reliable, and highly organized Quality Control Specialist contractor to support our growing internal leads review needs. You will review customer account records and ensure data accuracy.

The ideal candidate should be familiar with Salesforce and have experience in reviewing and updating account records at scale. This is a crucial role as accurate data is essential for effective onboarding of new customers.

Responsibilities

• Review and update records.
• Data Entry in Salesforce.
• Validate/Verify all fields in customer documentation provided, Salesforce and Solstice Platform.
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Proficiency in Salesforce (Intermediate)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A problem solver, equally excited about the opportunity to solve small problems and big problems as long as they serve a larger mission
• Enthusiastic, positive, and team-oriented; always willing to lend a hand to a team member
• Excited to work in a fast-paced, growing, scale-up environment
• Driven, gritty, and resilient; demonstrated ability to persevere through unanticipated challenges
