Overview

The Communications Consultant at Solomon Page will develop and implement strategic employee communication programs and storytelling for a top fashion company in San Francisco, CA. Reporting to the Director, Internal and Executive Communications, this role collaborates with HR, Talent Management, and other teams to support communications around HR programs and executive messaging.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Corporate Communications, Talent Management and other HR functions.
  • Develop and execute integrated communications plans for key HR moments.
  • Engage employees by creating awareness and driving action.
  • Act as a conduit between Corporate and Field Communications.
  • Evaluate communications effectiveness, pilot new initiatives and refine content.
  • Support executive leader communications including drafting messages and preparing talking points.
  • Assist with quarterly town halls and other all-employee communications events.
  • Infuse company narrative in all communications ensuring alignment with purpose, mission, vision and values.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years in in-house Corporate Communications with HR focus.
  • Strong persuasive writing, executive presentation and report preparation skills.
  • Highly organized with acute attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Mailchimp.
  • Experience in defining KPIs and delivering data-driven results.
