About the Role: Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner - Emergency Medicine
Sollis Health is seeking a dedicated and skilled Advanced Care Provider (Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner) to join our growing organization. In this pivotal role, you will deliver high-quality, concierge emergency medical care to both adult and pediatric patients. You will serve patients in our clinics and conduct house calls, working under the supervision of an attending Physician. This position is ideal for someone looking to provide seamless care for urgent and emergent cases that typically require an emergency department or urgent care visit.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive medical evaluations, formulate differential diagnoses, and create treatment plans for urgent and emergent care, either in-clinic or at the patient's home.
- Execute essential medical procedures, including IV access, fluid and medication administration, splinting, suturing, phlebotomy, point-of-care testing, and EKGs.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of Physicians, nurses, and technicians to ensure optimal patient care.
- Meticulously document all clinical evaluations and treatment plans within Sollis' Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
- Work closely with the Medical Director and clinical team to uphold policies and deliver exceptional care in an innovative environment.
- Provide empathetic and patient-centered communication, patiently answering questions for patients and their families.
- Coordinate care with our Care Coordination, house calls teams, and Medical Partners to ensure continuity.
- Participate in operational projects to contribute to the company's overall success.
- Maintain proper stocking and readiness of the house call provider bag.
- Ensure comprehensive transfer of responsibility for pending labs or imaging to in-clinic providers at the end of each shift.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program required.
- Valid Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner state license and ability to practice in New York.
- DEA required.
- NCCPA certification required for Physician Assistants.
- ACLS & PALS certification required upon hire.
- Preferred: 2-3 years of experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in emergency departments and/or urgent care centers.

- Strong clinical skills.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in or ability to quickly learn systems like Slack, AthenaCare, Salesforce, and Humanity.
- Superb procedural skills, including phlebotomy, peripheral IV placement, and medication administration, typical for ED or UC settings.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fluid, multitasking environment.
- Strong process and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and out-of-the-box thinking.
- Comfortable interfacing with a five-star clientele.
Compensation
Range: $158,080 - $174,096 per year. (This range is for New York candidates only and may vary based on experience, location, education, etc.)
