Job Description
About Sollapay
Sollapay is building the infrastructure layer for real estate trust accounts, enabling lawyers to manage regulated escrow-style trust accounts with full compliance, banking integrations, ledger reconciliation, and auditability.
We are developing a multi-tenant fintech SaaS platform with a strong emphasis on:
- AML / KYC compliance
- Payment orchestration (PIS / RTP / Bank rails)
- Ledger management
- Secure document handling
- Regulatory-grade audit trails
We are seeking a hands-on Freelance DevOps Engineer to help us design and harden our infrastructure for production.
What You'll Own
You will design and manage the DevOps foundation of Sollapay, including:
- AWS infrastructure
- Dockerized Node.js microservices
- CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions)
- Environment management (dev/staging/prod)
- Secure secrets management
- S3 (documents, versioning, lifecycle)
- SQS/SNS event-driven architecture
- Monitoring & logging (CloudWatch / OpenTelemetry / Sentry)
- Security best practices (IAM, network isolation, encryption at rest/in transit)
- Production-readiness & compliance alignment
Bonus Skills
- Experience with fintech / regulated environments
- SOC2-oriented setups
- WAF, VPC isolation, private networking
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)

- Senior-level DevOps engineer
- Experience designing production infrastructure from scratch
- Comfortable working with early-stage founders
- Strong opinion on security and compliance
- Hands-on (not only architecting -> actually implementing)
- Available at least 1-2 days per week
