Role Summary

We are looking for a Power Platform & Tulip Developer to design and build low-code business applications that support digital transformation across operations and support functions. This role combines hands-on development with close collaboration with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable, secure, and user-friendly digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop applications using: Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI.
• Utilize Tulip for application development.
• Automate business processes and eliminate manual/Excel-based workflows.

Business Collaboration (Critical Requirement)

• Work closely with business stakeholders (Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.).
• Translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Challenge and optimize existing processes before digitizing them.
• Provide user guidance, documentation, and training.
• Act as a bridge between IT and business teams.

Required Profile

Technical Experience

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience with Dataverse and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with Tulip (app building, tables, connectors).

Working Style

• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving mindset.
• Able to operate independently while collaborating cross-functionally.
• Comfortable working directly with business users.
• Ownership-driven and solution-oriented.

Nice to Have

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Knowledge of governance and ALM practices.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
• Azure experience.
• Strong understanding of governance, security, and ALM.
• AI knowledge.
• Tulip experience.

Education and Languages

• Bachelor's or master's degree (IT, Engineering, Business or equivalent experience).
• Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
• Fluent English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
