Pre-sales Focus

Key responsibilities include:

  • Participate in internal analysis of pre-sale requests
  • Join calls with prospects and conduct Q&A sessions
  • Contribute to shaping business and technical solutions
  • Support discovery phases and define high-level requirements
  • Prepare business-focused proposal components and presentations
  • Collaborate with pre-sales teams on effort estimation and planning

Client Project Focus

The role also involves:

  • Conducting detailed requirements elicitation through interviews, workshops, and document analysis
  • Translating business needs into structured documentation
  • Defining and managing the product backlog with Product Owners and development teams
  • Facilitating backlog grooming, sprint planning, and review sessions
  • Collaborating with UI/UX designers, developers, and QA teams
  • Supporting UAT planning and execution including test case validation and defect triage
  • Acting as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and contributing to BA practice development

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience in client-facing roles
  • Solid understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools
  • Proficiency in using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for productivity and analysis
  • Advanced English level (both written and spoken)
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Pre-sales support experience is a plus
  • Domain knowledge in real estate is beneficial
