The Role

The Claims Representative II manages the entire claim process in support of the Managed Repair Program. This role ensures claims are processed accurately and promptly while providing excellent service to customers, insurance carriers, and repair facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage repair process from initiation to completion.
  • Communicate with insurance carriers, vehicle owners, and repair facilities.
  • Maintain accurate records and proper documentation of each claim.
  • Verify assignment accuracy and record all customer interactions.
  • Work across multiple systems efficiently.
  • Work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills and pleasant speaking voice.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, judgment, and decision-making skills.
  • Attention to detail and willingness to cross-train.
  • Ability to communicate effectively via phone, email, and electronic channels.
  • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.
