The Role

The Director of Product, Commercial Strategy drives the commercial success of Solera’s product portfolio by bridging high-level strategy with go-to-market execution. This cross-functional leader builds business cases, crafts GTM narratives, defines packaging and pricing, and develops sales enablement tools.

What You’ll Do

  • Market Discovery & Business Case Development: Lead market and client discovery; build business cases with financial models.
  • GTM Narrative & Positioning: Translate insights into compelling value propositions and messaging.
  • Sales Enablement: Develop core sales tools including pitch decks and ROI calculators.
  • Product Commercialization: Collaborate with Product teams for market demand validation and unified GTM strategy.
  • Pricing & Packaging: Define and execute pricing strategies with finance and sales teams.
  • Product Launch Leadership: Lead product launches to achieve adoption and revenue goals.
  • Performance & Reporting: Monitor commercial KPIs and drive continuous improvements.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 7+ years in product management with 2+ years in commercial ownership.
  • Experience in healthcare, preferably with payers or large employers.
  • Proven B2B product commercialization experience.
  • Strong financial acumen and hands-on GTM leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
  • Experience in high-growth startup or management consulting is a plus.

Location & Work Arrangement

This is a remote, U.S.-based position with occasional domestic travel. Preference is given to candidates based in Central or Eastern Time Zones.
