Your Team
You will join our process engineering team focused on automating business processes. The team works on complex banking operations improvements including customer support, fraud detection, and various GenAI use cases.
Your Role as Senior AI Engineer - Banking Operations
In this role, you will work at the intersection of operations, product, and engineering. Responsibilities include:
- Revolutionizing banking operations using GenAI.
- Evaluating business processes from a technical perspective.
- Architecting and delivering scalable, secure operations workflows.
- Collaborating with product, engineering, and operations teams.
- Taking end-to-end ownership of systems from design to operations.
- Guiding architectural decisions and long-term technical strategy.
What We Are Looking For
We value personal and professional growth. Ideal candidates should have:
- Proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js and scalable automation development skills.
- Knowledge of Terraform and familiarity with DevOps basics.
- Experience integrating GenAI solutions.
- Extensive background in developing and operating cloud-native applications on AWS.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to align technical and business objectives.
- Experience in building and operating distributed systems with high performance, reliability, and maintainability.
