Role Overview: Financial Planning Analyst

The FP&A team plays a key role in enabling valuable business analysis, finance integration of new initiatives and supporting management decision-making. This role will lead and support financial processes in a dynamic global environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and budget financials with various business units
  • Monitor budget vs. actual performance
  • Conduct business analysis to evaluate performance and drive improvements
  • Assess financial impact of new initiatives and provide recommendations
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Perform forecasting and scenario analyses
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams
  • Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally in manufacturing
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis
  • Flexible to work with global interfaces
  • Fluent in English and Hebrew
  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Fusion is an advantage
