About the Role

As a Technical Product Manager at Solace, you’ll take ownership of building and optimizing the systems that power our user experience and internal operations. Working at the intersection of data, product, and operations, you will dive deep into the user funnel, ask tough questions, and translate complexity into clarity.

You will collaborate with engineering, growth, care teams, and leadership to define, build, and launch features that drive measurable outcomes. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building clean systems, pays attention to details, and thrives in a fast-moving startup environment.

You understand that even in a fast-paced culture, some systems must remain robust. Your analytical mindset and instinct for quality ensure nothing is broken, and you report directly to the Head of Product.
