What You’ll Do
In conjunction with the Associate Director of Retail Marketing, the Assistant Manager will support the growth and development of Sol de Janeiro in the LATAM region and Sephora at Kohl’s by executing omnichannel marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, traffic, and long-term profitability.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Assist in developing and executing digital marketing, visual merchandising, sampling strategies, promotional activities, and product launches at Sephora Mexico, Sephora Brazil, Blush Bar, and Sephora at Kohl’s.
- Partner with the Key Account team to deliver product requests, collateral, and assets needed for launches.
- Collaborate with retailer merchant teams to deliver quality product page assets, pitch loyalty programs, and drive sales volume and client acquisition.
- Manage LATAM regional translations for omnichannel marketing materials.
- Support presentation development, meeting preparations, and post-meeting follow-ups for seasonal Market Meetings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on creative briefs to ensure timely and effective marketing programs.
- Maintain marketing and merchandising calendars, brief advertising and digital content projects, and support influencer and social media initiatives.
Must Haves
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 3+ years marketing experience in the cosmetics/beauty industry.
- Experience with Sephora and in Latin America is a plus.
- Located in the NYC Metro Area with a requirement to be in office 3 days a week.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite with advanced Excel skills.
