Your Impact as a Corporate IT Recruiter Cloud & Development

• You will be the strategic discussion partner for hiring managers within Cloud & Development.
• You will build a future-proof talent community, focused on growth, knowledge, and quality.
• You will manage the entire recruitment process from A to Z — with ample room to make it smarter, sharper, and more innovative.
• You will create an excellent candidate journey, setting the tone in a competitive IT market.
• You will collaborate with a close-knit recruitment team and actively participate in innovative projects, pilots, and initiatives that advance our profession.

Your Talents and Experience

• You have a completed HBO education (Bachelor's degree).
• You have at least 2 years of experience as a recruiter (IT experience is a strong plus).
• You are a true business partner: you connect easily, have a good sense of situations, and think beyond just recruitment.
• You have demonstrable experience with end-to-end recruitment.
• You want to contribute to something bigger: a community, a strategy, an innovative recruitment team.
• You are available for at least 32 hours per week.
• Location: Utrecht (Leidsche Rijn).

• Salary: €3,000 – €5,000 gross per month based on 40 hours.
