About Your Profile:
You hold a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Project Management, IT, Information Systems, or equivalent. You have at least 5 years of experience in IT project management or software solution delivery, including several years in team management. You possess strong technical expertise (SaaS environments, integration, configuration, IS) combined with a genuine business orientation. You are skilled in managing complex projects and associated methodologies. You are recognized for your leadership, your ability to structure an organization, and to rally teams around demanding objectives. You have experience in a B2B environment, ideally with public sector clients.

Your Adventure Missions:
Within our Professional Services department, you will be responsible for the overall management of our software solution deployments, with a dual focus on operational and economic performance.
Management & Structuring of Delivery:
- Supervise and develop a team of project managers and deployment officers.
- Structure the organization, manage workload planning, and optimize resource allocation.
- Define clear objectives and monitor collective performance.
Portfolio Management & Financial Performance:
- Manage a portfolio of client projects, ensuring contractual commitments are met.
- Track budgets, invoicing, revenue, and project profitability.
- Validate key milestones and delivery reports.
- Anticipate contractual risks and secure revenue.
Operational Excellence & Client Satisfaction:
- Ensure the quality of deliverables, adherence to deadlines, and client satisfaction.
- Directly engage in strategic or complex projects.
- Maintain a high level of functional and technical understanding of the solutions.
- Coordinate interactions with sales, product, support, and training teams.
Management & Continuous Improvement:
- Define and monitor key KPIs: deadlines, quality, profitability, productivity.
- Provide regular reporting to management.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement levers.
