SoftwareOne is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to lead co-marketing initiatives with both reseller channel partners and ISV (Independent Software Vendor) relationships. You will collaborate with our channel team to support resellers and partners selling SoftwareOne solutions, and with our ISV team to develop co-marketing programs with enterprise software vendors. Role & Responsibilities

Channel Partner Marketing
  • Develop and execute co-marketing programs with SoftwareOne's channel partners to drive joint pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for the channel team, translating business priorities into actionable marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Build and maintain a library of partner-ready marketing assets, including campaign toolkits, email templates, landing pages, and sales collateral.
  • Manage partner marketing development funds (MDF) effectively, ensuring investments are tracked and tied to measurable outcomes.
  • Support partner recruitment and onboarding with marketing materials that highlight the SoftwareOne partner value proposition.
  • Track and report on channel marketing performance, including lead volume, pipeline contribution, and partner engagement.
ISV Co-Marketing
  • Build and manage co-marketing relationships with SoftwareOne's key ISV partners.
  • Develop joint go-to-market plans with ISV partners aligned to shared business objectives and campaign calendars.
  • Coordinate joint demand generation activities such as webinars, events, digital campaigns, and content partnerships.
  • Navigate ISV partner portals, co-marketing request processes, and MDF programs to maximize resources for joint activities.
  • Ensure SoftwareOne is prominently featured in ISV partner ecosystems, including directories, marketplace listings, and co-sell programs.
  • Act as an internal advocate for ISV partner priorities, informing sales and marketing teams about partner updates and resources.
Strategy & Planning
  • Develop an annual partner marketing plan for both channel and ISV activities, aligning with SoftwareOne's marketing and revenue goals.
  • Prioritize partner marketing investments based on revenue potential, strategic importance, and partner engagement.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key partners to assess performance and align on priorities.
  • Stay current on partner landscape trends, including new co-sell models and marketplace dynamics.
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to integrate partner activity into demand generation efforts.
Content & Sales Enablement
  • Create and manage partner-facing content, including joint solution briefs, case studies, and battle cards.
  • Develop internal enablement materials to help the SoftwareOne sales team understand partner solutions and selling strategies.
  • Translate complex technology topics into clear, compelling marketing messages.
  • Maintain consistent brand standards across all partner-facing materials, adhering to SoftwareOne and ISV co-branding requirements.

This role involves approximately 10% potential occasional travel.

Job Requirements

Compensation

Target compensation for this role is $115,000 - $135,000 USD (base salary and bonus). Actual offers may vary based on qualifications, experience, education, and work location. Candidates residing in Hawaii cannot be considered at this time.
