The Product Manager is a strategic member of the global CoE team. In this role, you will coordinate ideation of new solutions and productize approved solutions within the Microsoft Centre of Excellence, with a focus on CSP. You will work collaboratively in an agile environment and build strong stakeholder relationships across global regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse market and customer needs across regions.
• Coordinate alignment and release of current and future services.
• Participate in ideation workshops and create business model canvases.
• Develop and manage business cases with investment plans and ROI.
• Contribute to quarterly planning, vendor negotiations, and solution development.
• Drive standardization, automation, and cost structure management.
• Support post-launch sales enablement efforts.

Job Requirements:

• Extensive experience as a product/portfolio manager in complex services.
• Strong background in Microsoft Azure, Digital Workplace, and CSP models.
• Proven ability to motivate, influence, and work in agile teams.
• Excellent communication, business writing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in vendor assessments and agile methodologies.
