About the Role

The Junior M365 Consultant Compliance will work on projects involving Microsoft 365 by contributing to the conception and implementation of modern workplace solutions – from the initial idea to customer introduction. This role involves technical development for hybrid, cloud-based, or on-premises scenarios in collaboration with experienced colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement modern workplace solutions with Microsoft 365
• Develop technical solutions for hybrid, cloud, or on-premises setups
• Contribute to team knowledge sharing and internal initiatives
• Support pre-sales activities and customer discussions
• Build and maintain contacts with manufacturers and optimize customer solutions

Job Requirements

Applicants should have relevant experience within the Microsoft 365 environment, an interest in analyzing requirements, and designing modern workspaces with Microsoft 365. Familiarity with areas such as Microsoft Purview, Data Classification, Information Protection, DLP, or Insider Risk Management is essential. A technical understanding of Microsoft 365, both in application deployment and solution architecture, is necessary.
