About the Role

SoftwareOne is seeking a Global Digital Workplace Consultant Copilot & LowCode to lead the design and architecture of innovative Copilot and LowCode solutions. In this global role, you will manage a portfolio of services spanning 19 locations, working closely with partners, regional teams, and C-level executives.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Architectural Leadership: Lead scalable, performant and secure solution designs.
  • Solution Development: Develop and implement LowCode applications using Microsoft Power Apps, Copilot Studio, and Azure OpenAI.
  • Hands-On Leadership: Collaborate with regional teams and customers to validate solutions.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture and processes.
  • Microsoft Technology Utilization: Leverage Microsoft platforms to integrate and enhance solutions.

Job Requirements

  • Expertise in LowCode platforms like Microsoft Power Apps and Azure OpenAI.
  • Proven experience in integrating LowCode solutions with existing systems.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Leadership ability to mentor teams and regional SMEs.
  • Keen awareness of trends in LowCode development and AI solutions.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft technology stack and Azure cloud services.
  • Fluency in English (C1+ level).

Training & Enablement

Design and deliver train-the-trainer sessions to equip consultants with vital skills for global solution delivery.
