Role: AI Strategy Specialist

This fulltime permanent role for our global IT SaaS client is based remotely in the Toronto area. Compensation includes a base salary ranging from $110,000 to $120,000, annual bonus, vacation, benefits, and other company perks.

What You'll Do

• Innovation and Applied AI: Develop frameworks and use cases where AI re-invents processes (50%).
• Market Assessment and Analysis: Conduct industry research, market sizing, and trend evaluations (30%).
• Value Creation and Transformation: Implement strategies enhancing business performance and drive projects (20%).
• Reporting and Dashboarding: Create detailed reports and dashboards for executive decisions (10%).

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis to formulate strategic recommendations.
• Synthesize key insights from diverse data to support decisions.
• Support strategic planning with cross-department collaboration.
• Assess growth opportunities and foster an innovative culture.
• Undertake special projects as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, economics, engineering, or related fields.
• 3-5 years experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or similar roles.
• At least 1+ years working on AI strategy.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent communication, self-starter attitude, and willingness to travel occasionally.
