The Role

The Senior Pricing Associate role in the Lending Organization focuses on our Personal Loans business. As a Pricing Product Leader with an analytics skillset, you will lead cross-functional teams to develop, launch, and scale pricing initiatives that directly impact SoFi's revenue. You will combine business strategy, market dynamics, product development and advanced data analysis to drive performance, optimize product features, and maximize customer impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize advanced analytics to monitor product performance and drive improvements.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams from concept to launch.
• Market Research & Insights: Conduct research, competitive analysis, and identify emerging trends.
• KPIs & Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators for product success.
• Customer-Centric Focus: Ensure products meet customer needs for maximum value and satisfaction.
• Leadership: Mentor team members and communicate with senior leadership to drive business outcomes.
• Continuous Improvement: Use product feedback and performance metrics to iterate and enhance products.

What You’ll Need

• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Statistics, Operations Research, Engineering, Mathematics or related quantitative field; M.B.A preferred.
• 5+ years experience in pricing, financial services, consulting, and/or credit risk strategies.
• End-to-end experience with model development, testing, implementation, and performance tracking.
• Exceptional programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Strong knowledge of Tableau with experience in building production-level dashboards.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management and relationship building.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills in a fast-moving environment.
