The Role
The Sales Enablement and Support Specialist provides hands-on operational and program support to the Sales Enablement function within Home Loans. This role is responsible for executing day-to-day enablement activities, managing sales collateral, ensuring compliant marketing resources, and coordinating various sales programs and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, distribute, and maintain sales and marketing collateral.
- Maintain a current, brand-aligned, and compliant sales content library.
- Administer enablement platforms, managing user access and onboarding workflows.
- Coordinate with vendors and troubleshoot platform issues.
- Support Loan Officer onboarding and deliver platform training sessions.
- Manage digital content distribution and social selling activities.
- Track engagement metrics and monitor market trends.
- Assist with operational logistics for tradeshows and field events.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 1–3 years experience in sales enablement, marketing operations, or program coordination.
- Experience with marketing campaigns, CRM systems, and digital workflows.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Detail-oriented with comfort working in regulated environments.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of retail mortgage marketing regulations (RESPA, Fair Lending, Regulation Z).
- Experience with real estate or mortgage-specific tools and workflows.
- Familiarity with local market dynamics and agent engagement strategies.
