The Role
As a Product Marketing Manager at SoFi, you will drive growth and innovation across SoFi Checking & Savings, Invest, Insurance, Small Business, and AtWork products. You will conduct competitive and user research, develop channel, creative and UX strategies, and lead marketing campaigns that impact member growth and overall business performance.
What You’ll Do
- Lead referral channels and optimize offers and messaging.
- Develop and own A/B testing and UX design strategy for product web pages.
- Manage offers, sweepstakes, and marketing claims including creative briefs and performance reporting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve end-to-end conversion and customer experience.
- Conduct competitive and consumer trend research to refine marketing messaging.
What You’ll Need
A strong, detail-oriented, and data-driven marketer who is an advocate for the consumer. You will have proven experience in launching successful marketing campaigns, excellent project management skills, and the ability to think both analytically and creatively. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of marketing experience are required, with financial services experience preferred.
