Job Overview

Our Group Information Systems Department is seeking an expert SAP FI/CO Consultant (M/F) to strengthen the Finance/HR Pole of its Business Solution Department. The challenge: in a currently heterogeneous SAP environment within the Group, consisting of 4 different SAP ECC environments, you will play a key role in the implementation, evolution, and reliability of SAP FI/CO solutions. You will contribute to supporting the group's digital transformation through the construction of a SAP Core Model and the multi-year S/4HANA deployment program across the Group's entities.

Role & Responsibilities

• As a key contact for financial departments (management control & accounting), you will be the SAP FI/CO referent with strong expertise in CO-PC (Product Costing) and CO-PA (Profitability Analysis).
• Ensure Level 3 support, needs analysis, and system evolutions with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Participate in the construction and harmonization of the SAP Core Model.
• Lead or contribute to SAP Finance projects: scoping, design, testing, deployment, post-go-live support, while respecting budget, schedule, and quality commitments.
• Contribute to the future deployment of S/4HANA as part of a business transformation program.
• Support the skill development of junior consultants in the Finance SAP team and foster the implementation of best practices.
• Supervise or coordinate external service providers.
• Ensure documentary quality and solution maintainability.

Profile Sought

Education:

• Higher education in Finance / Management Control or Management Information Systems.

Experience:

• 10 to 15 years of experience in SAP FI/CO within an industrial context.
• Proficiency in financial processes: P2P, O2C, budget, etc.

Technical Skills:

• SAP FI/CO configuration: CO-OM, CO-PC, CO-PA, PCA, FI-GL, AP, AR, etc.
• Solid business knowledge in industrial management control.
• Understanding of PP / MM / SD integrations.
• Ability to analyze, structure, estimate workload, and build schedules.

Location

Lyon Part-Dieu: Our offices are located in the heart of the Lyon Part-Dieu district, easily accessible by public transport, bike, scooter, etc. Possibility, depending on the candidate's location, to be based at our Paris Porte de Vanves offices, with 2 to 3 days per week in Lyon.
