Reporting to the Head of the Data & Integration Competence Center within the Group DSI, you will play a key role in defining technological directions and structuring the Group's Data platform. As part of the migration project to SAP S/4HANA, you will ensure the architectural coherence of the platform, intervening in the design, development, and quality of data flows. You will contribute to defining standards and best practices while actively participating in industrializing pipelines and decision-making modeling, with Snowflake as the central platform and Power BI for reporting.

Your Main Missions

• Define and champion the target architecture of the Data platform in coherence with the SI strategy and the Group's business challenges.
• Arbitrate structural technological choices and support their implementation.
• Design and develop ingestion and transformation pipelines (ELT/ETL, SQL, dbt or equivalent) on Snowflake.
• Structure data modeling, development, and quality standards for the competence center.
• Guarantee the performance, robustness, and industrialization of Data flows.
• Intervene in strategic projects related to the future S/4 migration and challenge external partners on technical orientations.
• Contribute to the team's technical maturity, develop their skills, and disseminate good architectural practices.

Profile Sought

Education: Higher education (Bac+5) in IT or data field.

Experience: At least 15 years in the design and evolution of complex Data architectures, ideally in contexts of SI transformation or structural migration. You have proven experience in setting up and structuring modern Cloud Data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks or equivalent), with mastery of industrialization, performance, governance, and data quality issues.

• Confirmed expertise on a modern Cloud Data platform (ideally Snowflake).
• Solid experience in designing, industrializing, and standardizing Data pipelines to guarantee robustness, performance, and maintainability.
• Experience in a multi-project environment with coordination of internal actors and external partners.
