Overview
Sodexo is excited to announce a transformative leadership opportunity within our Corporate Services division—we’re hiring a Vice President Culinary Corporate Services who will be the senior executive responsible for defining and executing the culinary vision, strategy, and standards across all Corporate Services brands.
Key Responsibilities
Culinary Strategy & Vision: Define and execute a long‑term culinary strategy aligned with brand positioning and growth goals. Lead menu innovation, seasonal menu cycles, tastings, and R&D for all concepts, ensuring creativity, excellence, and consistency.
Operational Leadership: Establish culinary operating standards, recipes, procedures, and quality benchmarks. Partner with Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to drive profitability, optimize food cost, and enhance efficiency. Oversee kitchen design, equipment standards, and workflow optimization.
Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop chefs and culinary managers nationwide. Build a strong pipeline of culinary talent with succession planning and ongoing training.
Quality Assurance & Guest Experience: Ensure world‑class food quality, presentation, and consistency. Implement audits, evaluations, and performance assessments while maintaining high standards in food safety and sanitation.
Menu & Product Innovation: Drive innovation for new dishes and elevated dining experiences by analyzing trends and balancing brand authenticity with creativity.
Vendor, Sourcing & Supply Chain: Oversee sourcing strategy for premium ingredients and specialty products. Develop strong partnerships with purveyors to ensure quality and cost optimization.
Financial & Business Leadership: Manage culinary budgets, forecasts, food cost targets, labor productivity, and capital investments. Support new openings and brand extensions while maintaining culinary standards and representing the culinary vision during business presentations.

Qualifications
A minimum of 10 years of progressive culinary leadership, multi‑unit experience, proven operational excellence, and expertise in luxury or chef‑driven dining environments is required. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
