Sodexo’s Corporate Services division is seeking a talented and driven Catering Manager to join our team in Georgetown, Kentucky. This role combines strategic and tactical event execution in a fast-paced environment, overseeing upscale catering events ranging from casual luncheons to elegant executive dinners.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day catering activities ensuring quality service and presentation.
• Serve as the primary client liaison with customized catering solutions.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef, kitchen staff, and service teams.
• Drive catering sales growth through performance metrics and strategic improvements.
• Oversee staffing, training, and compliance with Sodexo policies.
• Plan and execute events including menu development and logistics management.
• Resolve issues promptly and adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years managerial experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in food or culinary services.
• Proven experience in diverse catering settings.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with catering software and performance analysis tools.
