Key Responsibilities
- Complete all opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment and areas, and securing the premises.
- Set up, stock, and maintain work areas with necessary ice, glassware, and paper supplies.
- Remove soiled wares from the bar top and tables promptly to maintain a clean environment.
- Ensure the cleanliness and proper condition of all work areas, including the bar, bar unit, tables, and tools, adhering to established guidelines.
- Attend all scheduled shifts punctually and with satisfactory regularity.
- Perform other duties as assigned, which may vary based on business needs and client requirements.
