Executive Assistant / Executive Officer
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet professional to provide high-level administrative and operational support to our executive team. This fully remote role is open to candidates based in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones.
- Handle confidential correspondence and communication on behalf of executives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and executive-level documentation.
- Support travel coordination, logistics, and expense reporting.
- Serve as liaison between executives and internal or external stakeholders.
- Monitor and prioritize incoming requests with timely responses and follow-ups.
- Support strategic initiatives, board reporting, and cross-functional projects.
Qualifications
- 3+ years supporting C-level executives or senior leadership remotely.
- Based in the U.S. with authorization to work without sponsorship.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, and project management tools.
- Discreet, trustworthy, and highly professional.
- Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in startup, nonprofit, or high-growth environments.
- Familiarity with board meeting preparation or investor relations support.
- Project management or operations experience.
