Job Details

Job Summary

The Head of Corporate Services is responsible for managing Corporate Real Estate, administrative matters, and facilities oversight in India covering Mumbai, Delhi, and Gift City. This role ensures timely delivery of projects within budget and in a professional manner while supervising outsourced services.

General Oversight and Coordination

Enhance and develop policies and guidelines for Corporate Services activities aligned with corporate, regional, and local standards. Complete regulatory reporting and audit requirements, perform permanent supervision controls and monitor lease contracts, renewals, and rent reviews.

Budget & Cost Control

Manage local budgets to meet year-end requirements, verify invoice payments, and drive cost-saving, energy saving and sustainability initiatives.

Facilities Management

Oversee daily operations of outsourced facilities management, conduct monthly vendor meetings, implement maintenance programs, and ensure effective branch administration including document storage, front of house management, and event support.

Engineering & Security

Collaborate with the regional engineering team to manage critical environment maintenance and ensure physical security compliance with corporate and local standards.

Real Estate

Manage lease contracts, monitor market intelligence, optimize office space allocation, and coordinate office moves and fit outs with minimal business disruption.

Vendor and Contract Management

Collaborate with the regional sourcing team and local Department Heads on vendor negotiations and contract management, ensuring compliance with sourcing policies.

Branch Administration

Manage general branch upkeep, hotel bookings, car rentals, regulatory interactions and support organizing branch events and other office administrative tasks.

Required Profile

A post graduate with 10+ years experience in corporate services, facilities management, and real estate is required. Must possess strong communication, organizational, and people management skills along with proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
