The Opportunity: Bernstein Senior Research Associate, US Medical Devices

We are seeking a Senior Research Associate to join Bernstein’s esteemed Equity Research team, specializing in U.S. Medical Devices. This role offers a unique opportunity to build a long-term career in the investing world, perfect for individuals passionate about research, problem-solving, data analysis, and in-depth fundamental analysis. You will be mentored by a seasoned veteran, gaining deep industry expertise and paving the way for more senior opportunities within Bernstein.

Key Responsibilities

  • Become an industry expert by working closely with a Senior Analyst possessing 20 years of prior industry management experience.
  • Achieve high proficiency in the in-depth analysis of companies, stocks, and industry themes within the U.S. Medical Devices sector.
  • Author highly differentiated written research, known for deep industry insights and robust quantitative frameworks.
  • Develop expertise in financial forecasting, including constructing detailed forward-looking models.
  • Cultivate strong relationships across the investing community, including sales, trading teams, and institutional clients.
  • Build a professional network within the industry, engaging with senior management of covered companies.
  • Act as a team COO, actively managing the franchise’s workflow and operational efficiency.

Required Profile
