Job Description

Your Daily Tasks

Within the Capital Markets Principal department of the Operations division, the Trade Capture (Transaction Modeling) team is responsible for recording transactions in the information systems, under delegation from Front-Office. In this context, and in close relation with Front-Office and all Support functions (Middle-Office, Back-Office, Risk Department, Finance Department, Market Activity Indicators Department, Information Systems Department, etc.), you will be involved in:

  • Modeling vanilla or complex Exotic transactions and negotiated events in the information system, under Front-Office delegation.
  • Controlling the quality and completeness of the entered information.
  • Analyzing and rectifying discrepancies reported by Middle Office Control and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinating between Front Office and all support functions (Middle Office Control, Back Office, Risk Department, Finance Department, etc.) on handling information requests and problem resolution.

You will also participate in service projects and transversal tasks:

  • Monitoring transversal issues for the entire service (systems, financial, accounting, etc.).
  • Participating in projects to secure and make the control framework reliable.
  • Participating in projects for automation and convergence of team processes.
  • Participating in impact analyses for the development of new activities.
  • Participating in the production of risk indicators (KRI) or performance indicators (KPI) for the team's activity.

Internship duration: 6 months

Could This Be You?

You are a student at Bac+4 level (Master's degree equivalent) in a Business School, Engineering School, or University, with a specialization in Finance or Capital Markets Finance.

You have mastered the Office Suite and VBA. Proficiency in Python will be a strong asset.

You are highly rigorous and motivated!
