We are seeking a Middle Prompt Engineer to enhance the quality and reliability of our AI moderation systems. You will be instrumental in optimizing Large Language Model (LLM) prompts for the automated moderation of user-generated content (UGC), including photos, profiles, and conversations.Main Tasks
- Improve and optimize LLM prompts for AI moderation of photos, profiles, and chats.
- Analyze model performance, identifying and addressing errors such as false positives and false negatives.
- Work with large-scale user-generated content (UGC) and manage edge cases.
- Build and enhance quality evaluation processes for moderation systems.
- Conduct experiments, including A/B testing, to measure the effectiveness of prompts.
- Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and moderation specialists to achieve shared goals.
- Continuously iterate on prompts based on data, metrics, and user behavior analysis.
- Detect and prevent moderation bypass patterns like jailbreaks and prompt injections.
What We Expect From You
- Experience working with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar).
- Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and/or LLM evaluation.
- Understanding of AI moderation, Trust & Safety, and UGC systems.
- Ability to analyze model outputs and work with quality metrics.
- Experience with experimentation, including A/B testing and hypothesis validation.
- Strong analytical thinking and meticulous attention to detail.
