Role Overview - Marketing & User Acquisition Manager

This role requires you to create product marketing strategy and execute paid user acquisition campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Google, and TikTok for VR video chat dating and AI role-play products.

  • Plan and execute scalable user acquisition campaigns.
  • Manage advertising campaigns on multiple platforms.
  • Conduct deep performance analysis and A/B testing.
  • Optimize registration funnels and coordinate with design teams.
  • Provide regular reports and market analysis to stakeholders.

What We Expect

The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of performance marketing platforms including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, expertise in the adult entertainment sector (18+ products), and be highly skilled in data analytics and campaign performance tools such as AppsFlyer and Google Analytics. Proficiency in budget management, Excel, and fluent communication in English (B2+) and Russian is required. Experience with Affiliates and CPA networks is a plus.
