Role Overview

The Data Automation Analyst Internal Communications role is a short-term part-time contract with potential for a full-time transition. You will transform scattered internal communications data into clear, visualized reporting systems.

Main Tasks

  • Automate data collection and processing from Slack, Confluence, internal event surveys, and Google Analytics.
  • Create clear visualizations using Google Sheets dashboards.
  • Set up an automated data pipeline with minimal manual intervention.
  • Research and propose the best automation and tracking methods.

We Expect From You

  • Experience scripting data automation and integration (Python, Google Apps Script).
  • Experience with non-standard data extraction, particularly from Slack without API access.
  • Strong skills in Google Sheets including formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms, primarily Google Analytics.
  • Ability to test and suggest unconventional solutions.
  • Experience with Confluence is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of internal communications metrics is a nice-to-have.
