Role Overview
The Data Automation Analyst Internal Communications role is a short-term part-time contract with potential for a full-time transition. You will transform scattered internal communications data into clear, visualized reporting systems.
Main Tasks
- Automate data collection and processing from Slack, Confluence, internal event surveys, and Google Analytics.
- Create clear visualizations using Google Sheets dashboards.
- Set up an automated data pipeline with minimal manual intervention.
- Research and propose the best automation and tracking methods.
We Expect From You
- Experience scripting data automation and integration (Python, Google Apps Script).
- Experience with non-standard data extraction, particularly from Slack without API access.
- Strong skills in Google Sheets including formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
- Familiarity with analytics platforms, primarily Google Analytics.
- Ability to test and suggest unconventional solutions.
- Experience with Confluence is a plus.
- Basic understanding of internal communications metrics is a nice-to-have.
