Role: AI Business Analyst

Join our AI&Automation team to drive use-case discovery, rapid prototyping, ROI modeling, and technical decomposition. You will work closely with the Head of AI Programs to deliver impactful, delivery-ready technical specifications.

Main Tasks

  • Conduct workshops/interviews for use-case discovery and validation.
  • Create clickable demos and thin POCs using Python/SQL, APIs, LLM tools, and low-code platforms.
  • Develop ROI models and calculators for revenue uplift and OPEX savings.
  • Translate business briefs into technical specifications including data integrations and success metrics.
  • Support operational initiatives with early vendor coordination and portfolio sync.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in use-case discovery and value engineering.
  • Proven background in rapid prototyping for PoC/POV.
  • Familiarity with LLM-powered solutioning and technical brief conversion.
  • Commercial and portfolio math skills, with fluency in Russian.
  • Advantageous skills: Python and SQL prototyping, BI dashboards.
