About the Client Services Coordinator Role

Role Overview
The Client Services Coordinator is a full-time, remote position. You will be the backbone of the client service and operations team, supporting financial advisors, client relationships, and firm growth initiatives. In this role, you'll collaborate with leadership on process improvement, compliance, and client service strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process investment account applications, ACAT transfers, and insurance paperwork.
- Provide exceptional service to high-net-worth clients and resolve account issues.
- Execute cashiering, trading support, and financial transactions with accuracy.
- Manage life insurance processes and coordinate with carriers.
- Maintain and update client information in CRM systems like Redtail.
- Support compliance tasks and ensure regulatory adherence within the RIA framework.
- Partner with advisors and leadership to streamline operations and improve client experience.
- Assist with business initiatives including marketing, events, and team operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of client service or operations experience in relevant financial environments.
- Deep understanding of financial planning concepts and RIA operations.
- Experience with platforms like Schwab Advisor Center, Orion, Redtail, eMoney, and Holistiplan.
- Familiarity with fiduciary standards, compliance processes, and regulatory reporting.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and an excellent communicator.
