Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with a strategic vision to shape the future of digital mortgage solutions in the Saudi market. The ideal candidate has over 12 years of software product management experience, including at least 4 years in a leadership role in fintech and digital banking. A thorough understanding of the Saudi mortgage market, SAMA regulations, and Shariah-compliant finance is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and refine the strategic vision and roadmap for digital mortgage products.
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation to continuous improvement.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis in the digital mortgage landscape.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams on product requirements.
  • Craft detailed user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
  • Define and track product KPIs to optimize user experience and engagement.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance including SAMA and Shariah guidelines.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and monitor product performance using data analytics.

Qualifications & Experience

Candidates must have at least 12 years of experience in software product management with a focus on digital platforms. A minimum of 4 years in a leadership role is required, ideally with fintech or digital banking expertise in Saudi Arabia. Proven success in launching digital or fintech products, especially within the mortgage or lending space, is highly desirable. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
