About Senior Product Developer at Snuggs

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end product development process for underwear, bras, and swimwear.
  • Collaborate with design, garment technology, and pattern making teams.
  • Create and manage tech packs, measurement specs, and development documentation in PLM systems.
  • Oversee sample development and conduct fit sessions, adjusting based on feedback.
  • Manage product costing ensuring delivery within budget, quality, and timeline targets.
  • Partner with suppliers and factories to support innovation, quality, and efficiency.
  • Ensure product quality, testing, and performance evaluation meet customer expectations.

Your Profile

  • 4+ years of product development experience in apparel/intimates/swimwear.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, from concept to final sample.
  • Solid technical knowledge of garment construction, fit, materials, tech packs, and costing.
  • Experience coordinating fit sessions and translating design intent into products.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English; German or Czech is a plus.
