About The Position
Snowy Hydro is seeking a GRC Coordinator to provide essential administrative and coordination support to the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) function. This includes direct support to the Chief Governance, Risk, and Compliance Officer (CGRCO) and the Snowy Hydro Board Directors. Key responsibilities involve maintaining the Annual Work Plan, assisting with enterprise compliance training, and ensuring the integrity and management of Policy Documents.
About the location
This hybrid role is based in Sydney CBD, conveniently located near public transport. You'll work 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, with some flexibility offered and required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CGRCO’s inbox and calendar efficiently.
- Maintain the GRC Annual Work Plan and update project management software.
- Support Risk and Compliance Business Partners by scheduling workshops and assisting with register development.
- Process invoices, onboard and manage vendors, and assist with travel bookings for Snowy Hydro Board Directors.
- Maintain contact information for crisis management teams across various platforms (Google Groups, WhatsApp, SMS).
