Staff Product Manager - AI Migrations

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct deep research to understand customer data migration needs and pain points.
• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap for data migration capabilities.
• Translate customer needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to support product development and prioritization.
• Understand data ecosystems and ensure holistic migration support.
• Monitor feature performance via customer feedback and success metrics.

Required Experience

Candidates will have over 10 years of experience building enterprise products, familiarity with data ecosystems, experience supporting data engineers and developers, and proven experience in GenAI product delivery.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated base salary range is $236,000 - $339,200, along with bonus, equity plans, and a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and many more.
