Role Overview - Solution Engineer
As a Solution Engineer at Snowflake, you will solve complex customer problems and drive large deal closures. Working hand-in-hand with sales teams and channel partners, you will strategize winning sales cycles, deliver compelling, value-based demonstrations, and support enterprise Proof of Concepts.
Key Responsibilities
- Present Snowflake technology and vision to executives and technical contributors.
- Deliver hands-on demos and value-based presentations throughout the sales cycle.
- Support enterprise Proof of Concepts and design implementations.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on competitive and complementary technologies.
Required Skills and Experience
- Outstanding presentation skills for technical and executive audiences.
- Experience with large-scale Database/Data Warehouse technology, ETL, analytics, and cloud tech.
- Hands-on expertise with SQL, SQL analytics, and Python.
- Understanding of AI/ML principles and best practices.
- A degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent experience.
