Who You Are
As a Senior Web Optimization Lead, you are a highly experienced individual contributor with deep expertise in web analytics, experimentation, and performance measurement. You will drive optimization across Snowflake’s global corporate websites, translating complex data into actionable insights to improve engagement and conversion.
What You’ll Do
- Own Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target configuration and governance.
- Establish a trusted reporting cadence with actionable insights.
- Lead web experimentation programs with clear hypotheses and metrics.
- Collaborate with design, operations, and engineering teams.
- Drive AI-powered web experiences and scalable optimization frameworks.
What You’ll Have
- 5-7 years in web optimization or related fields.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and similar tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex data.
- Excellent communication and product-oriented mindset.
- Experience in Agile environments and enterprise CMS platforms.
