Technical Responsibilities
As the post-sales technical lead for your assigned customer's workloads running on Snowflake, you will:
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers and Solution Architects to identify customer strategies.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer environments, use cases, and challenges.
- Manage and implement efficient workload consumption strategies.
- Work with Product and Engineering teams for new features and platform upgrades.
- Monitor incoming support cases and provide contextual technical guidance.
- Utilize resources from various specialized internal teams.
Commercial Responsibilities
In this role you will drive customer growth by:
- Working closely with the account team to engage stakeholders.
- Developing actionable plans to expand customer use cases.
About You
The ideal candidate has:
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, or Scala.
- 5+ years managing enterprise customer relationships in technical roles.
- 3+ years working with AWS, Azure, GCP, or private cloud environments.
- Experience in customer-facing roles such as solutions engineering or data architecture consulting.
- Experience in industries like Retail/CG, Financial Services, Healthcare, or Media & Advertising.
- Excellent communication, emotional intelligence, and team collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
Additional qualifications include:
- Hands-on Snowflake experience.
- Relevant Cloud and Snowflake Certifications.
