Sales Development Representative at Snowflake

Snowflake is seeking motivated individuals with a passion for technology and the drive to build a successful career in SaaS sales. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in our organization's growth by collaborating with sales and marketing teams to nurture leads and secure qualified discovery calls, ultimately driving new business and revenue.

About the Role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to build a revenue pipeline by setting introductory meetings with target influencers and key decision-makers. You will be responsible for researching and developing new and existing accounts through proactive outbound calling efforts and by creating and executing strategic email and social campaigns. Furthermore, you will perform analysis of prospects' businesses and engage with them via phone and email. Effective communication and collaboration with customers, sales, and cross-functional teams are essential. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, take initiative, experiment with new approaches, and share your successes and learnings with the team.

The estimated total on-target earnings for this role range from $68,000 - $89,250, with an estimated base salary of $47,600 - $62,475. Actual starting salary will be determined by non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; 401(k) plan; flexible spending and health savings accounts; at least 12 paid holidays; paid time off; parental leave; and an employee assistance program.
