Role Description

As a Partner Development Manager Spain, you will manage a portfolio of Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) and Regional Systems Integrators (RSIs) to meet partnership goals including net new customers, annual contract value, and certifications. You will support partners in business planning, pipeline development, QBRs, co-marketing, and sales enablement. Your role involves expanding partnerships into new strategic areas and organizing events with the partner community. You will interact with senior stakeholders and pitch the value of a Snowflake partnership up to C-Level executives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow partnerships with GSIs and RSIs.
  • Support go-to-market activities and pipeline development.
  • Expand partnerships into new strategic areas and industry verticals.
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders and jointly plan business initiatives.
  • Organize partner events and support field engagement.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

  • 8+ years in Channel Management, SaaS Sales, Consulting, or Business Development.
  • Experience working with SIs and leveraging their strategic influence.
  • Strong communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Proven record in pipeline generation and delivering results.
  • Bachelor's degree and willingness to travel 25%-50% as needed.
