As an Associate Services Delivery Manager, you will drive new service opportunities, work with customers and internal stakeholders, and ensure that customer applications are designed and scaled to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of Snowflake implementations and multiple project types.
- Ensure delivery quality and client satisfaction through best practices.
- Own and manage operational relationships and communicate project status.
- Collaborate with Sales, Services Delivery, and other internal teams for seamless execution.
- Identify upsell opportunities and become the client’s trusted advisor.
- Integrate industry knowledge into practical configuration and problem solving.
- Support sales pursuits through project scoping, estimating, and delivery proposals.
- Continuously work on process improvements for client and Snowflake operations.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
- 4+ years in a Services Delivery role or similar capacity.
- Experience with Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, or Cloud technologies.
- Demonstrated project management skills and meeting revenue targets.
- Ability to discuss AI/ML model lifecycle and deliver Gen AI/ML capabilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including senior level interactions.
- Bonus: Experience in a technical client support role.
