Responsibilities
The role involves achieving pipeline generation and revenue targets, executing tailored sales plays, and capturing market opportunities in AI/ML. The candidate will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide executive-level insights, and guide strategic discussions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for allocated territories.
- Engage with customers to align Snowflake’s AI/ML solutions with their needs.
- Collaborate with Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Field CTOs.
- Monitor performance metrics using data-driven insights.
- Integrate AI/ML sales efforts with organizational go-to-market plans.
Qualifications
Candidates must have 10+ years of experience with at least 6 years in sales or sales engineering of technical solutions. A solid track record of meeting sales objectives, excellent presentation skills, and deep knowledge of AI/ML technologies is essential. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
Benefits and Compensation
This role offers participation in commission and equity plans with total on-target earnings ranging from $300,000 to $393,750. In addition, a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision and other benefits is provided.
