About The Role
The Operations Associate on the Supply team is responsible for ensuring that supply consistently meets demand—at the right time, with the right skills, and at the right quality bar. This role is focused on execution, operational analysis, and process improvement while working cross-functionally.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and optimize expert contributor allocations across projects.
- Improve expert contributor conversion through effective onboarding and activation.
- Identify and resolve friction in the supply chain.
- Create and maintain repeatable processes and playbooks.
- Analyze supply and utilization data to inform improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive execution and alignment.
- Build dashboards and reporting for supply health and performance.
What You’ll Bring
You should have 1–3 years of experience in operations, analytics, consulting, or program management along with strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and communication skills are essential. Experience with data tools like SQL or Python is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this role is $95,000–$120,000 USD, including equity compensation. Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) contributions.
